Icarus AI Lab ("we", "us") operates an internal automation platform ("Cesar AI OS") used to run day-to-day operations for the companies we own or manage, including Vigil, Mexsabores, Marco Severini & Partners, and affiliated ventures.
This policy covers the internal automation platform described above. It does not cover the conversational AI agents we build for client businesses. For how those agents identify themselves as AI and use data, see our AI Transparency Notice.
This application connects to Google Workspace accounts (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) that belong to, or are explicitly authorized by, the companies listed above. We do not request or access any third-party personal Google account without that account holder's direct authorization.
Access is used strictly for the operational purposes of the connected business account: sending and organizing business email, managing business files, and scheduling. It is not used to profile individuals, build advertising audiences, or for any purpose unrelated to running the connected business.
We do not sell access tokens, account data, or email/file contents to any third party. Data is not used for advertising. Access credentials are stored on infrastructure we control directly and are not shared outside our own team.
Access persists only as long as the connected account is in active operational use. Any account owner can revoke this application's access at any time from their Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
